At HTTMT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
